New User Notification Not Working

I had New User Notification emails working before migrating my site to a new domain.  It no longer is sending me emails, though I’ve checked proper email is entered.  No spam either.  Setting issue?

    New user notifications aren't part of this plugin. That's just standard WordPress functionality.
