Integration with MembershipWorks

HI – I use MembershipWorks to manage the membership of our passionfruit association (not-for-profit body) and I want to introduce a growers forum when people can post images of pest & disease issues and seek assistance from other grower members. I need to be able to limit access to only those who are current members of the association – can discussion board access the folders used in membershipworks to decide access levels to discussion board threads?
