in the doc, the mentioned shortcode "[discussion_board_form] – displays your new topic form to permitted users" is the same as for a new topic! Is'nt there a shortcode just to define a new board?

The shortcode "[discussion_board_form]" is for new topic. We don't have a shortcode for adding new board yet, but it's been submitted in our list of features or change requests to be considered by our developers for future releases..
Ideally the new board should be added at the backend, go to Topics > Boards to start creating new Boards.

I agree to your proposal to define a new board. But please tell me the shortcake to show all defined boards. This enables our users and me to follow up a board.

To show all boards on one page, we will need to define the shortcode for each board.
