Can I assign new topic selection boards like categories or parents board?

Can I put some group for select board? insted not list all board for subscriber board?

New topic selection can me agonized by categories or patents board?

    when you go to new topic, at the end there is "select a broad".
    It it showing according to status of user.
    But I want give list by categories or parents board.

    To piggy back off of this topic, I only have one board, can I remove it all together and have it default to the only board there is?
