How do I change the message content in the notification to followers when changes are made to topics (i.e. comments, replies and updates)?
My goal is to remove the link to the post/comment. In other words, I just want notification of a post on a topic, and not the link to the topic itself.

That's going to be addressed in the next release, which is due shortly. You'll be able to filter the message if required.
