You need to ensure you have entered your license key in Discussion Board > License. Activate it and you should be able to update the plugin like any other plugin.

I just purchased the Pro (Basic) but am unable to download this. I get a 'dangerous' download comment from my antivirus suite and then nothing downloads.
Please help!

You can try downloading from your account page at https://catapultthemes.com/checkout/purchase-history/ but I guess you'll get the same message from your antivirus software. If so, I suggest turning it off temporarily while you download the file.
