Hi, I would like to be able to do this as well. I would call it a 'sticky' topic. I need to leave instructions for users always at the top of the list of topics. Thanks.
I believe a commitment was given 13 months ago to address this issue. To date, the price has almost doubled for the Pro version, and a simple "sticky" feature is still not on the cards.
