I was wondering is there a way to send out a notification email to all users when someone posts a new topic.

  • I am looking for help on this too. I have the pro version for my website and believe all the setting are correct but no one is receiving notifications even when "follow this board" in clicked. Any advice out there?

    Hi Niamh,

    You will only be able to send notifications for users who follow the thread. Notifications generally need to be "opt-in" to abide by privacy laws.

    Hi Keenan,

    It sounds like your server is not sending the emails. You will need to check with your web host to make sure emails are getting sent.

    The other option you have is to use a plugin like Mailgun to send emails from WordPress instead of your web server. This ensures better deiverability. https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailgun/
