I am using this plugin to see if it will work and I am converting some of the text into spanish however I cannot find the files where I could translate just a few of the headers into spanish.
I also would like to change the fonts in the table. Which file should I use? Thank you.

One simple way would be to contribute translations here - https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/wp-discussion-board/stable.
Alternatively, you can follow the guidance here - https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/how-to-translate-a-wordpress-plugin/ - and use the POT file that's in the /languages directory of the plugin. I can email you that directly if you wish.
If you have any more questions, please let me know. If you decide to go ahead and make any translations, I would be grateful if you could share them so that I can make sure they're incorporated into the plugin.

The font should just inherit from your theme. Is this not what is happening for you? If not, please send me a link and I'll take a look.
