- Thanks for getting back to me. Yes it seems that we are using shortcodes to display the boards. If I remove these shortcodes will this allow them to be arranged via the settings panel? Van

- I'm using a self-coded theme. I can't give you a link as the site is in preview mode and hidden behind a u/n and p/w access. This is what it looks like on the front-end and the back-end. So not really sure why it's doing it.
