• Yes, I did try that -- switching to default theme. Problem still exists. I'll setup a server/instance for you to take look at and followup. Thanks!

• When those fields are empty/all de-selected, are non-logged in users able to create topic and or reply? I tried but am not seeing that in my new setup. Also, what do these mean in Restrictions dropdown selector: Default Author Only Post Only I look in the documentation but couldn't find. Thank you!
