WP Discussion Board Affiliate Program
– Terms of Use
1. Affiliate Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing participation in the WP Discussion Board affiliate program. Within this agreement, the term “Affiliate” pertains to you, the applicant, while “Marketing Fire, LLC” denotes the product owner and publisher.
2. Modification
We reserve the right to make modifications to any of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement at our sole discretion and at any time. These modifications may encompass various aspects, including but not limited to alterations in referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules. If any of the modifications are deemed unacceptable by you, your only course of action is to terminate this Agreement. By continuing your participation in the program, it will be considered as your acceptance of the changes.
3. Enrollment
To enroll in the affiliate program, you must submit an affiliate application and be approved. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status as soon as possible after their information is reviewed.
4. Affiliate URL
You will be issued a special URL once you become an approved member of the WP Discussion Board Affiliate Program which will be unique to you and you only, and will allow you to be paid for affiliate referrals.
5. Commissions
Affiliates will receive 20% of the revenue as a commission from orders placed through properly coded Affiliate links (unless noted otherwise for a particular product). Commissions may change at the discretion of the product publisher. Commissions may increase during limited time such as special promotions, but they will return thereafter to the regular 20% commission rate.
To ensure that an Affiliate is eligible for a commission, it is necessary for the customer to complete the order form and submit full payment for the product using the secure order system. Word of mouth referrals do not qualify for generating an affiliate commission. Commissions will only be awarded for sales made when customers click on qualified and properly structured Affiliate links. The affiliate bears full responsibility for ensuring the correct coding of the links.
6. Payouts
Marketing Fire, LLC utilizes the AffiliateWP Payouts Service to remunerate affiliates. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure that their payment information is up to date by making any necessary changes in their account. The payout settings can be modified within the affiliate area. Please note that we will not resend payments that have been returned due to incorrect payment information.
Payouts will be disbursed at regular intervals. To qualify for payment, affiliates must have accumulated a minimum amount of $50 USD. However, please be aware that this threshold may be subject to future adjustments, either increased or decreased.
To facilitate the payout process and generate the necessary credit note, it is essential to provide billing data through the affiliate dashboard’s “settings” tab. Failure to complete this step will result in your earnings not being paid out.
