I have set up Discussion Board Pro – and am trying to create Boards that are in an already-protected part of the site (WP login used). The “subscriber” login information seems to pass seamlessly, but when I set up new membership levels to allow other individuals to moderate discussions (by posting), neither the author or editor role seems to pass into Discussion Board (i.e. get a message – you are logged in but do not have access to this content).
Hi - it sounds like you need to add those user roles to the permitted viewer and permitted poster settings in Discussion Board > Settings > User.
