My users are reporting a problem. They can leave comments on a blog page, but they cannot reply to existing comments on the front end. I can reply to comments on the back end.
I tried a lot of different things, and discovered that if I deactivate DiscussionBoard, the WordPress Reply function works good as gold.
So something in the Discussionboard plugin is disabling the reply to comments on the front end of blogs. The Reply function is all visible, only it is not possible to get a cursor in the text field of the reply.

The workaround for this is to go to Discussion Board > Settings > Pro and de-select the 'Enable editor in comments' option.
