Would it be possible to set the discussion board up so that everyone who is welcome is given 1 password to get in? We would change this password each year for renewing members but this way we do not need to deal with monitoring registration. Only people with the password would be granted access.
Well, you could create one user account and give that out to everyone you wanted. But you'd have no way of telling who had started a topic or left a comment as everyone would be logged in on the same account.
