How to enable subcomments

Hi I have a custom theme which may be messing with this, but I can’t seem to have comments replying to other comments – any suggestions? I see it works in your examples but not sure where to look

    Hi Damien,

    What theme are you using? Most themes have this out of the box.

    Two things to check:

    1. Make sure under WP Admin > Settings > Discussion > Other Comment Settings that "Enable threaded (nested) comments" is enabled
    2. Make sure that you are using the Classic Forum layout at WP Admin > Discussion Board > Design > Single Topic Layout
