You can set the Pro version so that only the author of a topic can reply but you can't set it so that only admins can reply. It would be possible to customise the plugin slightly to allow this feature if you wanted to discuss a customisation?

My goal is to be allowed to have any user post a question to a board, but only have 1 or 2 people be allowed to post responses, I don't want everyone being allowed to reply to all of these posts. I'd prefer not to use some customization method. Is there no way to close the question to allow just anyone to reply?
There's not currently a way to do that without custom coding.
