I have a couple questions:

  1. I need to have a discussion board that no one can even read the topics unless I specifically add them to a list of permitted users. Can that be done with DB, and how?
  2. Can I use this on a website with no WordPress theme? (I would install WordPress on the website, and then install the DB plugin.)
  3. If “yes” to question 2, can I add html code to make the board look like my website?
  4. Is there a search plugin for DB?
  5. I haven’t seen ads in the sample. I want it to be ad-free. Are ads required like in some discussion boards?

    Thanks for your questions.

    1. You can restrict access to boards by user role.
    2. You can't have a WordPress site without a theme, but DB should work with pretty much any theme.
    3. Yes, you can ad CSS
    4. No.
    5. There are no ads.
